Actively responding to the call of the company’s trade union, enriching employees’ leisure and cultural lives, enhancing their physical fitness, and fostering cohesion and solidarity among colleagues, CIMC Engineering & Technology successfully held the “Fierce Passion, United Strength” badminton friendly tournament on December 26. Zheng Zhijun, the company’s general manager, participated in the competition, competing alongside his employees and showcasing his skills together with them. Approximately 25 employees from the company’s badminton association and various departments enthusiastically took part, using the sport as a means to make new friends and uniting through competition, thus presenting a vibrant and spirited sporting event.

This fun competition focuses on internal recreational contests and team integration. On the day of the event, the 25 pre-registered participants were randomly divided into five teams of five members each. To ensure fairness and excitement, the competition adopted the recently popular rule of calculating total team scores. Throughout the round-robin matches, each team worked together in solidarity and competed fiercely, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.
On the playing field, the athletes upheld the sporting spirit of "friendship first, competition second," swinging their rackets with vigor and showcasing their skills to the fullest. Time and again, their brilliant smashes and seamless teamwork not only highlighted individual brilliance but also vividly demonstrated the power of team collaboration. Through friendly exchanges and mutual learning, they shared emotions and poured their passion into every drop of sweat, fully embodying the positive, energetic, and ambitious spirit of Zhongji Engineering & Technology employees.
