On February 5, CIMC EnTech successfully held its 2025 Annual Work Excellence Awards Ceremony and 2026 New Year Celebration Gala. Fu Sanhong, leader of EnTech Holdings, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of the company, along with senior management and all employees, gathered together to reflect on the past year’s hard work and look forward to the promising year of 2026.

Accompanied by an energetic opening countdown video, the annual meeting officially kicked off. All employees sang “The Zhongji Song” together, their voices resonating with tremendous vigor and power, embodying a collective spirit of unity and shared determination. Following that, a video titled “Our Vision for 2025” provided a comprehensive review of the company’s solid progress and remarkable achievements over the past year. The video “General Manager’s Guidelines and Objectives for Zhongji Engineering & Technology in 2026,” meanwhile, clearly outlined the company’s development direction for the coming year, guided by the principle of “integrating three regions to enhance capabilities and moving forward together to achieve outstanding results,” thereby instilling in all employees the confidence and motivation needed to forge ahead with courage and resilience.

During the recognition ceremony, the company solemnly honored the outstanding teams and individuals who emerged in 2025. The awards covered multiple categories, including the “Internal Improvement Benefit Award,” the “Marketing Management Improvement Award,” the “Outstanding Project Management Award,” the “Growth and Progress Award,” the “Performance Excellence Award,” and the “Pioneer of the Year.” In total, 35 outstanding teams and 27 exceptional employees were recognized. This honor not only acknowledges the past achievements of the winners but also serves as an inspiration for all employees to stay committed to their roles and strive for excellence.

After the awards ceremony concluded, the 2026 New Student Welcome Gala officially kicked off in a joyous atmosphere celebrating the arrival of the New Year. The opening dance, “Chinese Dragon Flag Dance,” was magnificent and impressive; the perfectly synchronized flag dance vividly showcased the energetic and vibrant spirit of CET employees, instantly igniting the festive mood at the venue.

Following that, General Manager Zheng Zhijun delivered a New Year’s greeting. Mr. Zheng pointed out that in 2025, all employees of CIMC Engineering & Technology worked together with one heart and unwavering determination, forging ahead with courage and resilience. Relying on their spirit of blazing trails through mountains and building bridges over rivers, they achieved steady growth in performance, remarkable achievements in organizational transformation and innovative development, orderly market expansion, and smooth project deliveries. The company’s first domestically mass-produced bio-methanol project and the 100% conversion project for coke oven gas were successfully put into operation one after another, and its core technologies have even earned U.S. patents, fully demonstrating the company’s technological strength and promising future prospects. Looking ahead to 2026, the company will continue to deepen its engagement in the green energy sector, place greater emphasis on employee growth and development, and uphold the corporate philosophy of “people-oriented and shared prosperity.” After concluding his speech, Mr. Zheng invited everyone to raise their glasses together, wishing the company continued success and brilliance in the coming year.

The atmosphere of the gala is steadily reaching a climax. Leaders from the company’s management team are visiting each table, warmly chatting with employees and extending New Year’s greetings. Together, they raise their glasses in a toast, offering heartfelt wishes—a scene filled with joy and harmony.

The carefully prepared performances from various departments took turns unfolding on stage. The humorous dance “Bag Dance” was witty and amusing; the recitation “How Wonderful the Equipment Room Is” was filled with warmth and tenderness; the cello-and-electronic keyboard duet “By the Banks of Lake Baikal” was elegant and moving; the skits “A Few Things About Cultural Implementation” and “You’ve Got It, So Do I” were brimming with laughter; the “Fun Magic Show” featured unpredictable and mesmerizing tricks; the erhu and chorus rendition of “As You Wish” left lingering echoes in the air; and the dance medley “Dance That’s Impossible to Resist” was bursting with energy. Even the senior management stepped onto the stage, performing the rhythmically vibrant dance “Daoma Daoma.” General Manager Yang Yueping and General Manager Zheng Zhijun each sang “Tender Warmth in the Palm” and “He Must Love You Deeply,” respectively, once again sending the atmosphere at the venue to a fever pitch.

The multiple rounds of lucky draws interspersed throughout the event were truly full of surprises. As the winning numbers were revealed one by one, cheers and applause erupted repeatedly from the audience, and generous prizes were awarded one after another, filling the hall with laughter and joy.
