Nearly a hundred guan-dan enthusiasts from various departments across the company enthusiastically participated, coming together to deliver thrilling matches that showcased both intelligence and seamless teamwork.

Nearly a hundred Gua-dan enthusiasts from various departments across the company enthusiastically participated, coming together to deliver thrilling matches that showcased both intelligence and seamless teamwork.
The competition follows a progressive elimination format: players freely form teams and pair up in twos, advancing through multiple rounds of intense competition. The event venue was buzzing with enthusiasm yet remained orderly. At the card tables, players were fully focused and calmly faced each challenge—sometimes meticulously planning their moves step by step, and at other times playing cleverly to catch their opponents off guard and achieve unexpected victories. Between partners, eyes met frequently, and seamless cooperation unfolded naturally. This not only tested each player’s individual card-playing skills and on-the-spot adaptability but also highlighted the team’s tactical collaboration and mutual trust and responsibility. While honing their card-playing skills, participants exchanged insights and deepened their friendships, fully demonstrating the positive spirit of Zhongji Engineering & Technology employees—characterized by their proactive attitude and strong teamwork.
After several rounds of intense and exciting competition, the top three winning teams for this contest were finally determined. Company leaders attended the event in person to present awards to the winners and highly praised all participants for their enthusiastic involvement and outstanding performances. The entire competition came to a close amid laughter and cheers.
This friendly game of Gung-Dan not only provided employees with a platform to showcase their wit, hone their skills, and strengthen interpersonal bonds, but also effectively enhanced the company’s cohesion and sense of unity.
