On October 20, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between CIMC EnTech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC EnTech") and China Industry Natural Gas (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Industry Natural Gas") was successfully held at CIMC EnTech, marking the launch of all-round and in-depth strategic cooperation between the two parties in the natural gas industry chain and related fields.
On October 20, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between CIMC EnTech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC EnTech") and China Industry Natural Gas (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Industry Natural Gas") was successfully held at CIMC EnTech, marking the launch of all-round and in-depth strategic cooperation between the two parties in the natural gas industry chain and related fields. Senior executives from both sides attended and witnessed the signing ceremony, including Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of CIMC EnTech, Ye Lin, Deputy General Manager, Qian Min, General Manager of the Petrochemical Engineering Business Department; and Zhang Huanran, Chairman of China Industry Natural Gas, Xun Jianjun, Director, Yang Yuxin, Director of the General Office.
Before the official signing ceremony, Mr. Zhang and his entourage visited the exhibition hall of CIMC EnTech, accompanied by General Manager Zheng Zhijun throughout the visit. Mr. Zheng gave a detailed introduction to the company’s development history, technical advantages, qualifications and honors. After listening to the introduction, Mr. Zhang and his entourage spoke highly of and fully affirmed the achievements and important results made by CIMC EnTech in production and development, technological innovation and business expansion in recent years.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Zheng expressed sincere gratitude to China Industry Natural Gas for its support and cooperation opportunities. He stated that in the face of the saturation of traditional business areas, the new energy sector, especially the natural gas industry chain-related businesses, has huge development potential and market space. CIMC EnTech will give full play to its advantages in technological R&D, engineering design and project management, go hand in hand with China Industry Natural Gas to carry out in-depth cooperation, realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly promote the high-quality development of clean energy.
Mr. Zhang of China Industry Natural Gas also stated that the current global energy pattern is undergoing profound changes, and green, low-carbon and sustainable development has become the theme of the times. As a clean and efficient energy source, natural gas is playing an increasingly important role in safeguarding national energy security, promoting economic structural transformation and building a beautiful China. China Industry Natural Gas has been committed to deepening its layout in the natural gas field, and this strategic cooperation with CIMC EnTech will bring new development opportunities for both parties.
Subsequently, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of CIMC EnTech, and Zhang Huanran, Chairman of China Industry Natural Gas, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties. Taking this signing as an opportunity, the two parties will establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship. Based on their respective advantages in resources, technology, equipment manufacturing and market in the clean energy field, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the following aspects: guarantee and innovation of natural gas storage and transportation equipment, cooperation in LNG resource trade and logistics, expansion of emerging clean energy fields such as energy storage, and synergy of whole industry chain services.
The two parties will build a comprehensive strategic partnership, join hands to promote the high-quality development of the clean energy industry chain, make joint contributions to the realization of the "Dual Carbon" goals, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
