The first 160000 cubic meter low-temperature concrete full capacity tank gas lift roof of Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., constructed by CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully completed
On the morning of June 8, 2023, at 9:18:18 am, the first 160000 cubic meter (low-temperature propane/butane) concrete fully enclosed storage tank of Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) New Material Technology Co., Ltd., constructed by CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CIMC Engineering Technology"), achieved a complete success in gas lifting!
The entire process of raising the roof took 2 hours and 18 minutes, and the arch was smoothly lifted by the sound of the blower blowing air. Starting from December 29, 2022, the pouring of concrete for the pier cap until the completion of this air lift roof, all parties involved in the construction worked together to overcome the unfavorable factors of the national epidemic at the beginning of the year. After working tirelessly day and night, the project team completed the milestone of the lifting in just 162 days, achieving the fastest construction speed of 160000 cubic meters of fully inclusive concrete storage tanks in the country, once again echoing the "constant force speed" of CIMC Engineering Technology.
The inner diameter of the outer tank of this project's storage tank is 92 meters, equivalent to the diameter of a 250000 cubic meter storage tank. The lifting height is 32 meters, and the top weight is about 1300 tons. It is the largest concrete storage tank of CIMC Engineering Technology since its establishment. The successful completion of this air lift is another fruitful achievement of CIMC Engineering Technology in the field of low-temperature concrete full containment tank construction.
