---The first low-temperature ethane storage tank of Lianyungang Rongtai Phase V EPC project has been successfully topped up

On September 11th, the EPC project team of Lianyungang Rongtai Chemical Storage Co., Ltd.'s Storage Tank Area Project (Phase V) received good news that the first 120000 cubic meter low-temperature ethane storage tank constructed by CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed gas jacking, and this is also our third tank to be topped up this year.

On the morning of September 11th, all members of the project team arrived at the construction site early to begin the final preparation work for the lifting. At 8:18 am, everything was ready on site. With the command of Manager Deng Tao, the lifting commander, the fan motor flew in an instant. In the deafening roar of the motor, the dome of the low-temperature storage tank with a diameter of 72 meters and a weight of 470 tons slowly lifted. During the lifting process, personnel at each position are meticulous and perform their respective duties. Tank monitoring personnel use the air lifting software developed by CIMC Engineering Technology to monitor and report various data in a timely manner. The overall commander adjusts the air intake and controls the lifting speed based on the reported data to ensure that the lifting is foolproof. At 10:18, the dome rose to a set height of 35 meters and was successfully completed after 120 minutes of ascent.

Manager Xia Yinqiu, the general manager of CIMC Engineering Technology Project, introduced that due to the construction site being located in the production area, the construction efficiency is reduced, there are many lifting equipment, and there are many high-risk cross operations... It can be said that there are many dangers, and the difficulty of project management has increased sharply. But the EPC project team carefully managed and strictly demanded, and with the cooperation of the owner, supervisor, and multiple participating units, the project construction proceeded in an orderly manner within the established schedule.
