Job Requirements：
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resource Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics or related fields preferred.
2. At least 5 years of compensation & benefits experience, including no less than 3 years independently managing the full compensation function. Experience in large design institutes, engineering companies or reputable consulting firms is a plus.
3. Proficient in compensation management theories, processes, incentive systems and salary survey methodologies.
4. Proficient in Chinese labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance and housing fund policies.
5. Strong data analysis skills; proficient in advanced Excel functions for complex data processing.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to explain complex data clearly to non-professionals.
7. High professional ethics; able to strictly maintain confidentiality of company compensation information.
