Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering majors, including Chemical Engineering and Technology, Energy and Power Engineering, HVAC, Civil Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Process Control and Equipment.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, outgoing, motivated; good learning, communication and coordination skills; excellent stress tolerance, emotional management and team collaboration skills.
3. Proficient in standard office software.
Job Description：
Undergo on-the-job training for 6–12 months in professional departments (Process, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Utilities, Equipment, Civil Engineering) according to academic background. After understanding the company’s engineering design workflow and relevant professional knowledge, trainees will be formally assigned to Marketing, Procurement or other functional departments based on company needs.
