Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; with Senior Engineer professional title.
2. Over 10 years of practical experience in chemical engineering design (new energy, low-temperature, petrochemical, etc.); proficient in application of ASPEN/HYSYS process simulation software.
3. Able to independently undertake discipline review responsibilities, strictly check design details and efficiently resolve various technical problems.
4. Capable of independently preparing design schemes and feasibility study reports to ensure sufficient depth of preliminary work.
5. Possess overall planning capability as Design Manager, able to lead project design, coordinate resources and control schedule & quality.
6. Good communication, coordination, stress tolerance, emotional management and team collaboration skills.
