Job Requirements：
1. At least 3 years of working experience in overseas petrochemical, low-temperature storage & transportation or steel & coking projects; proficient in English for daily communication and professional document reading/writing.
2. Lead and organize the project team to ensure smooth implementation of overseas projects; achieve project milestones on schedule, secure customer satisfaction, control project costs and meet profit targets.
3. Responsible for internal and external project coordination, including but not limited to task assignment, progress supervision, cost accounting and external communication.
4. Excellent organization, coordination, negotiation, emergency response and team management capabilities.
