In order to clarify the key work and action plan of the company in 2022 and achieve the business plan goals of the company in 2022, the company organized a 2022 business plan seminar on November 17th. Nearly 30 company leaders, middle-level and above management cadres, and others attended the meeting. Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, Deputy General Manager of the Holdings Group, Mr. Xu Yongsheng and Mr. Fu Sanhong, Deputy General Managers of the Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, and Ms. Dong from the Strategic Development Department of the Holdings Group and other leaders of the Holdings and Business Center attended the meeting to provide guidance and set expectations and requirements for YPDI.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Dan, Assistant to the General Manager of the company, introduced the agenda and requirements of the meeting on behalf of the company. Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, Deputy General Manager of the Holding Group, shared the strategic planning and excellent achievements of the Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, and put forward requirements for YPDI's strategic positioning and goals for 2022.
Subsequently, General Manager Zhang Dan and the Enterprise Management Department reported on the completion of the company's business goals from January to October 2021, the forecast of annual indicators, and the completion of key work and improvement projects. Ms. Dong Shu from the Holding Strategy Development Department shared the "2021-2022 Macro Industry Market Information", which provided important input for this seminar.
Then we enter the topic discussion section, which is divided into four main themes and six topics. The topics are "How to further expand the market share of low-temperature business?", "Is it necessary to establish branch offices and how can branch offices carry out business?", "How to improve the company's hydrogen energy business, coke oven tail gas hydrogen production and methane production technology capabilities?", "How to strengthen project control capabilities?", "What measures should be taken by human resources to ensure that the necessary professional qualifications meet the needs of the company's business growth or future development?", "How can incentive mechanisms be improved for business, design, and engineering project related personnel to better support the company's business development. Four groups discussed the above topics, analyzed existing problems, proposed improvement goals and plans, and formed constructive suggestions and measures through the discussion.
In the leadership review section, Mr. Fu Sanhong suggested that YPDI improve its capabilities in two core areas: design and EPC management, while considering achieving breakthroughs in overseas business. Mr. Xu Yongsheng put forward six requirements for YPDI, firstly, to leverage its advantages to form an independent brand and expand its low-temperature storage tank business; Secondly, carry out technological innovation and expand qualifications; Thirdly, refine and deepen project management and control, and enhance project management capabilities; The fourth is to lay out and cultivate talents in advance, in order to accumulate strength for expanding overseas business; Fifth, we hope YPDI can play a leading role in the engineering consortium; The sixth is to liberate the mind, fully utilize controlling and group resources, and achieve strategic planning goals. Mr. Ju Xiaofeng has three requirements for YPDI: firstly, to leverage the engineering consortium platform to develop and grow; Secondly, focus on core business and reasonably expand new businesses such as environmental protection; Thirdly, establish branch offices/offices according to market and company business needs, and improve incentive mechanisms.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhu Shenghua, General Manager of YPDI, gave a concluding speech, affirming the results of this seminar and emphasizing the need to continue conducting special seminars in the future to deeply analyze the root causes of existing problems, determine improvement goals, and implement action plans to promote the company's achievement of its 2022 business goals. At the same time, he expressed sincere gratitude to the controlling and central leaders.
