YPDI successfully held the May Fourth Youth Knowledge Competition on "Diligent in Learning, Skilled in Creation, and Willing to Dedicate"

On the occasion of the May Fourth Youth Day, on the morning of April 28th, YPDI held a May Fourth Youth Knowledge Competition with the theme of "Diligent in Learning, Skilled in Creation, and Willing to Dedicate". In line with the company's goal of creating an "innovative and learning oriented" corporate culture, the event aimed to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of young employees, create a good learning atmosphere, and make everyone spend a meaningful holiday.

More than 50 young employees from various departments of the company participated in this knowledge competition activity, which was divided into four groups: "design section, project section, marketing section, and functional section". Each group had 3 formal answer contestants and 10 members of the support group. The activity also invited experts from the company's management, design, project, marketing, and functional departments to serve as judges. The entire activity is divided into three chapters: "Learning Strong Country Knowledge Quiz", "Professional Knowledge Quiz", and "Scenario Exercise".

At 8:30 am, the event officially began. Ye Lin, the deputy general manager and union chairman of the company, gave a mobilization speech, looking forward to everyone's excellent performance and wishing the event a complete success. After the first chapter of "Learning about Strong Country Knowledge Quiz" began, each participating group entered an intense quiz session, fully reflecting the active preparation of each group member before the activity. Everyone's positive and excellent performance drove the lively atmosphere of the whole venue. The knowledge competition activity, which should have been serious and tense, was filled with different styles. Everyone completed the knowledge quiz sessions of the second and second chapters in a cheerful atmosphere. However, each participating group was still unsatisfied and unanimously agreed to add an extra set of knowledge quiz questions. Two knowledge quiz chapters showcased the style of our YPDI young employees, their serious and meticulous attitude towards work, and their professionalism. Through the knowledge competition, we consolidated our knowledge and expanded our horizons.

In the scenario exercise section of the third chapter, the judges of "Design, Project, Function, Marketing" conducted scenario exercises with the contestants in their respective sections, testing their professional and adaptability abilities on site with specific exercise themes. All sections achieved good performance. The three contestants from the "Marketing" section, who made their final appearance, carefully planned and prepared, and portrayed a real business meeting through immersive role-playing, igniting the enthusiasm of the entire audience and receiving unanimous praise.

After comprehensive evaluation, Huang Jiachen, Du Fan, and Niu Xiaomin were selected as the contestants with the highest score in the "design section" and won the "Best Team Award"; Four contestants, Huang Jiachen, Zhou Zhongyuan, Peng Weifeng, and Wu Zhuoran, won the "Best Performance Award"; The entire event came to a successful conclusion in a harmonious and joyful atmosphere.
