Nanjing Yangtze Design Company successfully passed the 2021 "Three Systems" supervision and audit work

 On March 22, 23, and 24, 2021, a team of four audit experts from Qingdao Zhonghua Sunshine Management System Certification Center Co., Ltd., including Xue Hongwang, Sun Xianlai, Liu Yu, and Zhang Jinping, conducted a supervision and audit of the operation of our company's "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" (GB/T 45001/ISO 45001), "Environmental Management System" (GB/T 24001/ISO 14001), and "Quality Management System" (GB/T 19001/ISO 9001) for the year 2021. The company's general manager Zhu Shenghua, deputy general manager Ye Lin, management representative Zhang Dan, chief engineer Li Jue, as well as department heads and relevant personnel attended the first meeting. The audit team experts conducted comprehensive and detailed audits on the leadership, QHSE department, construction management department, finance department, commerce department and other departments.

The audit team conducted a 3-day on-site supervision audit of the company. Through interviews with relevant responsible persons, inspection of documents and their execution results, on-site spot checks and other inspection methods, a careful and meticulous audit was conducted, and effective practical basis for the operation of the company's management system was collected. Many improvement suggestions were put forward for various departments on the audit site.

After the diligent and efficient review by the expert group, and the close cooperation of department heads and project team members, the certification audit work was successfully completed according to the expected plan. The company attaches great importance to the timely discovery of management problems by the audit team, actively corrects and continuously improves them. Through this annual audit, the company is more confident in providing customers with the products and services they need.

At the final meeting held on the morning of March 24th, the audit team experts unanimously agreed that our company's quality management system can maintain effective operation within the audit scope and meet the audit requirements. It is recommended to maintain the certification and registration qualifications.

Finally, General Manager Zhu Shenghua summarized his speech and expressed gratitude to the audit team's experts for their hard work over the past three days. He also requested that departments involved in non conformities make timely improvements, and other departments continue to improve based on the problems identified during this review, expert opinions, and suggestions, in order to promote the improvement of the company's management. The QHSE management system is an important guarantee for our company's sustained and stable development, as well as a powerful guarantee for the continuous improvement of the company's management level.
