On February 17th, during the special period of the national "fight against the epidemic", YPDI implemented a series of epidemic prevention and control measures in advance, strictly implemented the requirements of the local government for epidemic prevention and control, and successfully passed various epidemic prevention inspections and audits by the government, achieving safe resumption of work.

On the eve of the Spring Festival and on January 22, 2019, in the face of the sudden COVID-19 that swept across the country, YPDI set up the "Yangzi Design Company's Emergency Working Group for Epidemics" at the first time, and the prevention and control work kicked off. By taking departments as units and clearly implementing measures to every employee, actively following up and comprehensively grasping the dynamics of the epidemic, handling various emergency affairs, and actively preventing the outbreak and expansion of the epidemic within the company and its employees.

In response to the possible delay in resuming work, the company formulated relevant measures on January 28th and arranged remote work arrangements in advance. The functional departments of the company promptly conveyed the tools and methods to all employees. At the end of January, all preparations for remote work have been arranged. In early February, relevant professional and technical personnel began their business work. After resuming work on February 17th, according to the "Yangtze Design Company Resumption Preparation Work Plan", the company arranged an inspection team to measure and register the temperature of employees entering and leaving the company. A dedicated person was arranged to disinfect all office areas and public areas in advance every day, and at the same time, masks were distributed and work meals were booked for resuming personnel.

YPDI is a research enterprise with computers as its main office tool. In order to avoid personnel gathering after resuming work, various departments of the company adopt a flexible work mechanism to minimize employee gatherings. By utilizing software technology and remote work from home, the impact of the epidemic on the company's production and operation is minimized through online means. In 2020, all YPDI staff worked together with one heart and one mind. We believe in the country and the government, and through the implementation of various prevention and control policies, we will surely overcome the epidemic and achieve a comprehensive victory in the battle against the epidemic.
