On the morning of June 8, 2022, in response to the "Ten Hundred Day Campaign" plan launched by Jiaxing City and Jiaxing Port Area, Sanjiang Chemical held the "Sanjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. 1 Million Tons/Year EO/EG Project Hundred Day Campaign" oath taking mobilization meeting for the first time, with the theme of "Strengthening Confidence, Hundred Day Campaign". Leaders of Jiaxing Port Area Management Committee, responsible persons of Sanjiang Chemical and Jiahua Energy, as well as representatives of various general contracting units and subcontracting units attended the event.

At the conference, Guan Jianzhong, the General Manager of Sanjiang Chemical, gave a mobilization speech. He stated that he would actively respond to the 100 day campaign proposed by the country, provinces and cities, and work together with 100 times confidence, perseverance, and passionate fighting spirit. With safety and quality as the top priority, he would fight for 100 days with the determination and courage to win, vowing to ensure the smooth operation of the project.

At the mobilization meeting, the owners awarded flags to the top ten core construction task contractors. Hou Ren'an, the project manager of our Jiahua Low Temperature Tank Farm, took the flag from Wang Jianping, the general manager of Jiahua Energy, on behalf of the company. The flag clearly stated the slogan "CCCC before July 28th".

This is both motivation and pressure for the project department. The pressure is multifaceted, mainly from the epidemic situation. The COVID-19 has a huge impact on the construction industry: there were confirmed cases in the project location, leading to the shutdown; Equipment and materials, especially imported equipment and materials, cannot arrive on time; The epidemic in many parts of the country has led to the inability of migrant workers to arrive in a timely manner. In addition, the upcoming rainy season and typhoon season have added a lot of uncertainty to the project, and various reasons have made the already tight schedule even more tight. But without pressure, there is no motivation. The project team is determined to carry forward the spirit of "hard work and practicality", overcome difficulties, and regain the time lost due to the epidemic and other reasons. With practical actions, we will win the hundred day battle, ensure that the project can be delivered on schedule, and give the owner a satisfactory answer.
