Building a strong safety defense line and guarding the safety bottom line - The first HSE lesson of CIMC Engineering Technology's General Manager in 2025 was successfully held

On the morning of February 18, 2025, at exactly 9:00 am, in order to thoroughly implement the instructions of Chairman Mai Boliang's letter to the general managers of various departments and enterprises on HSE work, CIMC Engineering Technology organized the first HSE lesson for the general manager of 2025. The focus of this meeting is on the "National Level Safety Work Requirements", "Learning from the Spirit of Chairman Mai's Letter", "HSE Work Requirements for the Energy and Chemical Sector", "Safety Performance Requirements for Company Leaders", and "Ten Safety Prohibitions". The company's management team, all middle-level cadres, project managers, and construction managers attended the meeting on site, and the project HSE manager attended the meeting online.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of CIMC Engineering Technology, first conveyed the national level safety work requirements, emphasizing that safety work should not be slackened at all. He pointed out that all personnel must effectively fulfill the "dual responsibilities of one position" and always carry out HSE work with a sense of responsibility of "never giving up" to ensure the implementation of on-site safety management.

Subsequently, Zheng Zhijun summarized the spirit of Chairman Hema Boliang's letter and General Manager Yang Xiaohu's work requirements in the HSE first lesson of the energy and chemical sector, and deeply interpreted the key directions of current HSE work. He emphasized that management cadres at all levels should effectively fulfill their responsibilities, set the direction, and grasp the overall situation, and make every effort to "prevent risks, ensure safety, and protect development", in order to safeguard the stable operation of enterprises.

When it comes to the safety performance requirements of leading cadres, General Manager Zheng Zhijun pointed out that the company should closely focus on the annual HSE key work and firmly establish the safety concept of "controllable risks and preventable accidents".
