---CIMC Engineering Technology's acquisition of core assets of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng and the signing ceremony of Yang Yueping's team joining CIMC Engineering Technology were successfully held

On the afternoon of July 18th, the signing ceremony for the acquisition of core assets of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. by CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and the joining of Yang Yueping's team to CIMC Engineering Technology was officially held. Yang Xiaohu, President of CIMC Enrico, Ju Xiaofeng, Vice President, Xu Yongsheng, Assistant to the President, and other controlling leaders, as well as Zheng Zhijun, Chairman of CET, Sun Zhengping, Vice President of New Energy Center, and relevant functional leaders of the controlling group, Zhu Shenghua, General Manager of CET, and Yang Yueping, Chairman of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng, attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhu Shenghua, the General Manager of CET, pointed out that the addition of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng to CIMC Anrui Ke is a mutual supplement to the advantages of both parties. With the support of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng, the new "CIMC Anrui Ke Engineering Technology Co., Ltd." should be like a tiger adding wings, fully leveraging their respective strengths, achieving 1+1 far greater than 2, and promoting the comprehensive development of the company in new energy, hydrogen energy, traditional businesses, etc. Only then can the company's strength continue to grow.

Mr. Sun Zhengping, Vice President of the New Energy Business Center, stated that the New Energy Center and CET are important carriers of Anruike's 3+2 strategy. The implementation of the strategy requires close cooperation between both parties. He hopes that the New Energy Center can develop and strengthen Anruike's energy equipment with the help of CET. He thanks CIMC Engineering Technology for its tremendous contributions and efforts in the Ansteel Zhongjiyingkou coke oven gas to LNG co production hydrogen project, and has raised a banner for CET.

Mr. Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of the Engineering Business Consortium and Chairman of CET, stated that this signing is a milestone event, and the addition of General Manager Yang Yueping's team will undoubtedly enhance the entire CIMC Anruike engineering business. At the same time, the integration of CET team and General Manager Yang's team in the future will bring about a 1+1>2 effect, allowing us to create brilliance together under the concept of CIMC's common cause, common growth, and co creation of achievements!

Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, Vice President of CIMC Anruike, on behalf of the Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, welcomes the joining of the Zhonglian Sheng team and congratulates CET on gaining new opportunities for rapid development. Finally, under the joint witness of the attending guests, Zhu Shenghua and Yang Yueping jointly signed the strategic cooperation agreement for CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to acquire the core assets of Beijing Zhonglian Sheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and for Yang Yueping's team to join CIMC Engineering Technology. The signing ceremony was a complete success.
