Time flies, time flies like a shuttle. Forty years is just a moment in the long river of history, but it is so magnificent. Forty years have left us valuable wealth; Forty years have left us with a heavy responsibility; Forty years have witnessed the wind and rain of yesterday; Forty years, watching over the brilliant tomorrow.

On the afternoon of December 26, 2023 at 4:40 pm, CIMC Anruike Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand event titled "Forty Years of Diligence and Craftsmanship in Building the Future - CIMC Engineering Technology Institute 40th Anniversary Celebration" at Jinling New City Hotel in Nanjing. Mr. Yang Xiaohu, President of CIMC Enrico Holdings, Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, President of CIMC Enrico Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, Mr. Zheng Zhijun, Vice President of CIMC Enrico Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, Mr. Xu Zhiquan, General Manager of Zhangjiagang CIMC Shengda Yin Low Temperature Equipment Co., Ltd., Mr. Sun Yong, Director of Business Development Department of CIMC Enrico New Energy Development and Application Business Center, and nearly 300 employees of CIMC Engineering Technology gathered together to witness the glorious history of the company's 40th anniversary and share this joy.

This evening party is divided into two major segments. The first session, the company's 2023 annual summary and commendation conference, was delivered by Mr. Zhu Shenghua, General Manager of CIMC Engineering Technology. Mr. Zhu reviewed the company's forty year development history and expressed gratitude to the leaders and partners at all levels who have provided support and assistance to the company over the past forty years. He also thanked the employees and their families who have made tremendous contributions to the company's development. He reported on the company's achievements this year and presented the "2023 Outstanding Contribution Award", "2023 Excellent Design Achievement Award", "2023 Best Quality Engineering Award", "2023 Excellent Innovation Achievement Award", as well as the outstanding team. At the same time, Mr. Zhu proposed the company's future development direction and work goals, and looked forward to the company's development prospects: in 2024, we will "seek progress while maintaining stability, promote stability through progress, and establish first before breaking through". Ensuring safety first, quality first, stabilizing old customers, ensuring delivery, and winning reputation with quality and service; Entering overseas markets, exploring new markets and high-quality customers; Strengthen research and development, continue to increase investment in scientific and technological innovation research and development; Enhance our digital delivery capabilities and drive the overall transformation of our production and management methods through digital transformation. By 2024, we aim to achieve a total revenue of over 1.65 billion yuan, a net profit of nearly 45 million yuan, and a cash flow of over 45 million yuan. Subsequently, Mr. Yang Xiaohu, Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, Mr. Zheng Zhijun, and Mr. Zhu Shenghua led the management team of the company to celebrate the birthday of CIMC Engineering Technology and send the best wishes to CIMC Engineering Technology.

The second stage of the company's 40th anniversary celebration cultural and artistic performance officially began. The evening party was brightly lit and applauded one after another, with various performance forms, such as hot songs and dances, bamboo flutes, guzheng, yoga dances, etc., which sparked a wave of enthusiasm time and time again; The leaders boldly took to the stage, their enchanting dance moves catching everyone's attention; 50 lucky prizes pushed the atmosphere of the scene to a climax. Mr. Yang Xiaohu, Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, and Mr. Zheng Zhijun won the company's surprise award and first prize, passing on their luck and responsibility to our colleagues. It is worth noting that the entire evening party was hosted and performed by internal employees of CIMC Engineering Technology, which allowed us to get to know the versatile colleagues in this big family of the company again.

At the party, four employees with 40, 30, 20, and 10 years of work experience from the company took the stage to express their birthday wishes for the company's 40th anniversary celebration and share their stories of growing together with the company. Their simple words and genuine emotions touched every one of us at CIMC Engineering Technology.

While the celebration ceremony was held at the company headquarters, dozens of our colleagues remained on the front line of the project. At the evening party, the video link with the stationed personnel of 5 projects touched everyone's hearts. The leaders and colleagues in the audience raised their glasses together, thanking them for their diligent and selfless dedication.

The last program of the evening party was a duet of "Tomorrow Will Be Better" by 14 employees from the public works room, accompanied by a poetry recitation (written by Zhao Zhi from the public works room). The singing was warm and pleasant, and the poetry was full of blessings for the company!
