Mr. Zhu Shenghua, Mr. Li Jue, and the SAP promotion project team respectively reported on the overall business situation of the company in 2023, preliminary budget targets for 2024, new energy business and research and development, and progress of SAP promotion projects.

Ding Li pointed out that the organizational restructuring project focuses on reforming the project management center and marketing center. At the same time, he shared the development process of CIMC Anruike from 2012 to present and the development blueprint from 2023 to 2027. He personally interpreted the holding's "3+2" strategic plan, covering overall business development strategy, business expansion model, business portfolio optimization, digital strategy, capital operation strategy, organizational strategy, and talent strategy. Yang Xiaohu pointed out that the "product focus, top tier" in strategic planning represents the market position and competitiveness of the product.
