All employees of the company participated in the conference.

Looking back on the 2022 struggle journey: At the beginning of the conference, Vice General Manager Ye Lin read out the 2022 company work summary report, giving a comprehensive review of CIMC Engineering Technology's work in 2022. In 2022, the epidemic was rampant and the economic situation was complex. Under the leadership of the group and its controlling group, CIMC Engineering Technology worked together, calmly responded to challenges, and actively served customers and expanded the market while ensuring the stability of the company's production and operation. The company signed new orders to create a new historical high.

Commending excellence and inspiring progress: During the conference, Assistant General Manager Zhang Dan announced the recognition decision for outstanding employees and teams of the company in 2022, and expressed affirmation and praise for the outstanding employees and team members who made outstanding contributions to the company's development in 2022. At the same time, he called on all employees to learn from them and continue to strive in the new year. The management jointly awarded honorary certificates to 16 outstanding employees and representatives of the excellent team's process room, Director Chen Xiaodong.

Chief Engineer Li Jue read out the 2022 company's excellent achievement evaluation documents: in 2022, the company selected 6 excellent engineering design awards, 3 high-quality engineering awards, 7 excellent engineering consulting awards, and 6 excellent research and development awards; At the same time, in 2022, the company will sign three major projects and reward the relevant teams according to relevant regulations. The four leaders of the management team will award medals to the representatives of the four awards and the representatives of the three winning projects.
