(2) Internship or work experience in the engineering industry (such as construction, engineering, EPC general contracting) is preferred;
(3) Familiar with laws and regulations related to the engineering industry, such as the Civil Code, Construction Law, Tendering and Bidding Law, Labor Contract Law, etc;
(4) Work experience: 1-3 years of legal related work experience in the engineering industry or construction enterprises, with experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, or compliance management practices preferred;
(5) Other: Have a keen insight into high-risk areas in the engineering industry, such as contract performance and payment of migrant workers' wages, and be able to collaborate efficiently with relevant departments.

Job Responsibilities:
(1) Establish and improve the legal affairs management system and management of enterprises
(2) Assist enterprise management in internal compliance management, identify, assess, and prevent legal risks in enterprise operations, and develop and implement corresponding risk response measures;
(3) Handle daily legal affairs of the company, including contract review, legal consultation and answers, legal document drafting and filing;

(3) Assist in participating in credit, qualification, bidding, quality, project management, and other related work;
(4) Assist the financial supervisor in participating in the implementation of the company's annual budget, internal and external audits, tax inspections, intermediary agency recommendations, holding instructions, and other matters;

(4) Proficient in using office software and related management software; Has strong work sensitivity and strong ability to analyze policies, laws, and regulations;
(5) Having good execution ability, communication and coordination skills, independent market development ability, and stress resistance ability; Have a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry conditions, and be able to conduct market analysis and research;
