The coke oven gas to liquefied natural gas (LNG) project of Xinkuang Inner Mongolia Hengkun Chemical Co., Ltd. is the first project in China to use coke oven gas to produce natural gas. It was successfully put into operation in Etuokeqian Banner, Inner Mongolia at the end of 2012, filling a gap in the development and utilization of clean energy in China.
