On February 24, 2010, YPDI signed a general contracting agreement with Sanjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of a 20000 cubic meter low-temperature ethylene plant for Sanjiang Chemical Phase II.
On August 12, 2011, the low-temperature storage tank of Sanjiang Chemical was completed by CCCC and successfully started operation on September 12.
