On May 24, 2002, we signed a technical contract with Toyo Engineering Company in Japan, which provided the basic design documents and design conditions. Our company completed the preliminary and detailed designs. Signed a design contract with Yangtze Petrochemical Co., Ltd. on October 22, 2003.
